How low can I go ?

The typical method for testing to see how low you can run coilovers...
1. Install coilovers
2. set them to a height that makes your car look like the one on the cover of EuroTuner magazine.
3. realize that your subframe is resting solidly on the ground (and you haven't even got in it yet)
4. adjust the height to a more practical setting
5. test drive
6. no rubbing so you adjust lower
7. test drive
8. only slight rubbing on large bumps so you promise yourself you'll drive more carefully and adjust lower
9. test drive
10. you drive over an earth worm at 8 mph and scrape slightly.
11. swear at the worm for almost wrecking your car
12. promise yourself (again) that you'll drive much more carefully
13. drive over to the local meeting place to show off your newly lowered car and awesome new front body kit
14. while pulling into the parking lot, scrape so badly that you put a crack in the new front spoiler (this is done with everyone at the meeting place watching you)
15. swear
16. get out and look at the damage
17. swear again (this time louder and with feeling)
18. notice that all your friends cars (with body kits and massive lowering) also have cracked front spoilers.
